Minimum Stay - 5 nights

Sorry - no pets & no smoking at the villa

Telephones are located in the two master bedrooms and the kitchen of the villa. All local calls are free. You can buy 30 minutes talk time for long distance and international calls by paying Guest Services. Alternatively, these calls can be made through the use of a pre-paid telephone card available at most drug stores, gas stations or supermarkets.

Booking Terms

Once a booking has been made, the guest agrees to abide by the rules and legislation in reference to homes for lease. The guest agrees to hold harmless the owner from suits or claims of any guest in reference to damaged, lost, stolen or destroyed personal belongings. The guest agrees to hold harmless the owner of the home from all injuries to occupants, family members or guests occcurring on or about the premises. The guest agrees to hold harmless the owner from any disruption to their vacation through "acts of God" (inclement weather etc).

We strongly recommend that all guests take out adequate travel insurance e.g. to cover personal belongings and eventualities where cancellation becomes necessary. It is important to note that medical expenses in the US can be particularly high.

Balance of Payment & Cancellation

Deposit of £125 or $200 per week is payable to comfirm booking. The balance of payment for the luxury holiday villa rental is due 10 weeks prior to rental. This payment is non-refundable.

Should the property become unavailable due to reasons outside our control (e.g. fire, any other disaster) we will either fully refund monies or offer to attempt to find alternative accommodation.

Management of holiday villa

Throughout your stay the Management Company will be responsible for upkeep of the property. If you encounter any problems the Management Company are on site 24 hours a day. If you are unsure about how to operate any equipment in the house then please contact reception as you will be liable for any damage incurred.

Pool

The guest shall ensure that no person under the age of 16 years is left unattended or unsupervised in the vicinity of the pool.

Florida Super Holiday Homes shall not be responsible for any injurys or losses.
